Thus, yellow tea is better tolerated by gentle stomach. Yellow tea has a beneficial effects on the digestive system, it flushes out toxins from the body and adds energy. Thanks to the fact that it contains less theine (the equivalent of caffeine) than other teas, it has a better effect on the stomach. Yellow tea is rich in flavonoids (antioxidants) that protect the body against cancer. In addition, imperial tea prevents the formation of caries. Yellow tea has a beneficial effect on the bones, therefore drinking yellow tea is recommended for people suffering from bone fragility and joint pain.
Let’s not forget about an amazing properties of drinking herbal teas. The most commonly used herbs in weight loss are: chamomile, borage, sea buckthorn, grass mulberry and aloe vera. I could write here an essay about each of these types of herbs, but let me introduce my favorite one, which is definitey chamomile. Chamomile is rich in cleansing properties, which are necessary in weight loss. Cleansing is the first step in slimming process. Drinking chamomile infusion will allow you to put away sugar and make up the minerals you need every day. Chamomile is also a hypoallergenic herb, which these days is really important because let’s be honest I feel like every person nowadays has some bigger or smaller allergy problems. Let’s also not forget about calming effects, which gives you the chamomile infusion. Chamomile supports the appetite, but also cleanses your digestive system because it flushes out a nasty bacteria from the body.
